Customers check the status from their own phone
The moment an order is registered, the customer gets an SMS with a lookup code. Tapping it shows where the order is — the “is it ready yet?” calls drop sharply.
ST-02
Attendance verified three ways
Tapping “I'm here” is confirmed by location, the workshop WiFi, or the QR code on the wall. The QR refreshes every 5 seconds, so a photo of it is useless. If none match, it is flagged for review — the owner decides.
ST-03
Payroll calculates itself from attendance
Late arrivals, short hours and overtime are counted automatically, and the payroll table is ready at month end. Add bonuses and deductions by hand, then export to Excel.

Who did what is on record
Every status change records who made it, when, and with what note. The “I told you” / “I never heard” argument ends.

Built for the phone
Shop supervisors and fitters all work from their phones. No computer, no separate app — it opens in a browser.

Every employee has their own access
Four roles: admin, sales, cutter, fitter. A fitter sees only the orders assigned to them — other customers' phone numbers and prices stay hidden.
